This Privacy Policy explains how Luxe Supply Corporation (“Luxe Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the Bolt Golf brand and the website at shopboltgolf.com (the “Site”), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Site or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide — your mobile phone number, and, if you submit clubs to sell, your email address (for PayPal payout).
Submission details — the item type, brand, model, condition, asking price, notes, and photographs you upload when requesting an offer.
Message content — texts you exchange with us about the go-live alerts or your submission.
Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (such as device type and general usage), used to operate and secure the Site.

How we use your information

To send you the text messages you requested (go-live show alerts), and to respond to and process any clubs you submit for sale, including sending offers, shipping labels, and payouts.
To provide customer support and communicate with you about your submission.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services, and to comply with law.

SMS / text messaging program

If you opt in, we send recurring automated marketing text messages (go-live show alerts) to the number you provide. We also send transactional texts related to any clubs you submit (for example, offers and shipping updates).

Message frequency varies — typically about 1–3 messages per week for go-live alerts.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in / consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third parties except as needed to deliver the messages you requested.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our text-messaging provider (to deliver your messages), our hosting and database providers (to run the Site), and payment providers such as PayPal (to pay you). These providers may use your information only to perform services for us, under obligations of confidentiality, and not for their own marketing.
