These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at shopboltgolf.com and the services offered by Luxe Supply Corporation (“Luxe Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) under the Bolt Golf brand. By using the Site or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

The following terms apply to the Bolt Golf text messaging program.

Program. When you opt in, Bolt Golf (Luxe Supply Corporation) will send you recurring automated marketing text messages — go-live show alerts — at the mobile number you provide. If you submit clubs to sell, we will also send transactional messages related to your submission (such as offers and shipping updates).

Message frequency varies and is typically about 1–3 messages per week for go-live alerts.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to each message, based on your plan.

HELP: Reply HELP to any message for help, or email help@luxesupply.co.

STOP: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending program messages. You may re-subscribe at any time by opting in again.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You must be the account holder or have authority to consent for the mobile number you provide, be a U.S. resident, and be at least 18 years old.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; carrier support may change without notice.
For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
We may modify or terminate the messaging program, or these SMS terms, at any time.

Selling clubs & offers

Submitting an item is a request for an offer, not a binding sale. Any offer we make is an estimate subject to inspection of the item upon arrival.
Offers are typically valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. If an item’s condition differs from what was described, we may revise or withdraw an offer.
If you accept an offer, we provide a prepaid shipping label. Payout is issued to the PayPal email you provide after the item arrives and passes inspection.
You represent that you own the items you submit and have the right to sell them, and that photos and descriptions you provide are accurate.
We currently purchase from U.S. addresses only.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or misuse it. All content and trademarks on the Site are owned by Luxe Supply Corporation or its licensors. eBay and PayPal are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Supply Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or messaging program.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted here, with the “Last updated” date revised accordingly.
